Deep health for women is the complete package of mind, body and soul. One way to see where you stand in your overall wellness, is to take this assessment. Remember that it is just one of the many tools we can use to create a more in-depth wellness plan for ourselves now and in the future. GENTLE YOGA
Wednesdays, 6 - 7pm
This slow-paced, low-impact style of yoga is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. It focuses on gentle stretching, mindful movement, and deep breathing to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief. Poses flow slowly from one to the next leading to some poses being held for longer periods and may be supported with props, making it ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury or seeking a calming practice.

MEET STEPH
Hello! I'm Steph Shimkus. I am a mother, wife of a retired military member, athlete, animal lover, nature enthusiast, adventurer, and a woman learning to navigate this new season as women going through the beginning of the menopause transition. I've spent 25 years in the health coaching industry as a doula, massage therapist, nutrition coach personal trainer, and certified health coach working alongside people at all stages of their wellness journey. Helping people is my passion. Helping you learn to not just survive menopause but how to thrive during this season in your life is my mission.
